These Terms govern your use of sidewindmoto.com (the "Site"), operated by Asteryn LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Pricing We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders affected by an error, and will refund any payment made. Colors may vary by screen.

Orders An order confirmation is not acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund you if payment was taken.

Payment Payment is due at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Applicable sales tax is added where required.

Shipping and Returns Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asteryn LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

Changes We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
